Toronto-based realtors, Spectrum Sky specialise in the marketing and sale of high-rise developments; the link connecting builders to buyers. They required a re-brand to position themselves as leaders in this niche marketplace.

Clarity, elegance and a sense of openness were the main drivers behind typographic choice, colour palette and photographic style. The result is an aspirational brand that mirrors the considered, high quality design of the developments they offer to their clients.

 A sense of cohesiveness is carried across all branded collateral with a restricted colour palette and uniform treatment of imagery – a colour spectrum imposed over grey scale images.

Deliverables for this project included brand guidelines, corporate stationery, website and a series of interior posters.
